Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The Registered Provider must not admit any new service users to Tudor Manor without the prior written agreement of the Care Quality Commission. This includes repeat admissions, hospital readmissions, respite, and emergency admissions.
The Registered Provider must implement appropriate mitigation to ensure the safety of Service Users in the event of the call bell system not functioning effectively. This mitigation must be in place on 4 August 2023 and a copy of the mitigation plans sent to CQC on 4 August 2023
The Registered Provider must ensure people who display risks associated with sexualised behaviours have appropriate risk assessments and management plans in place. These plans must identify and manage the risks posed to other service users, staff and members of the public by 7 August 2023.
The Registered Provider must produce an up-to-date fire risk assessment and send weekly updates around any associated fire risk action plan. This information must be provided by 11 August 2023 and updates sent every week after until all actions have been completed. The fire risk assessment must be
completed by a person who is suitably competent in fire safety and fire regulations.
The Registered Provider must design and implement a system to enable effective recording, analysis, management, and oversight of incidents. This system must be in place and its associated policy shared with CQC by 11 August 2023. Thereafter, the Registered Provider must submit monthly incident oversight reports including action taken by the provider on the last Friday of each month.
Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The Registered Provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require personal or nursing care at Tudor Manor.
The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 22 service users at Tudor Manor.
