Our view of the service
Morley Manor is a residential care home providing personal care for to up to 33 people. At the time of our inspection there were 16 people using the service. The service provides support to people with a range of needs, including those living with dementia. On our last inspection on 17 April 2022 we found breaches in regulations 12 17, 18 and 19 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014. Although there had been improvements since our last inspection in how the service was managed, we continued to find issues with records of care not being complete, such as medication records and risk assessments, also quality assurance systems were not fully effective. We continued to find concerns about staff's training. The manager and nominated individual had planned to continue to improve the service and allocate the resources to achieve this.
