People told us staff were caring. Comments included, "Carers are very kind and caring, considerate and respectful" and "Caring, yes unquestionably."
The service was seeking feedback from people and results showed people and relatives felt satisfied with their care received. The provider had an equality and human's right policy and we found this was being followed.
