During a routine inspection
We did not manage to have any detailed conversations with people living in the home due to their dementia. However, we received the following comments:
'It's very nice here, everything's fine.'
'It's lovely, they look after me very well.'
'The staff all look after us well.'
'It's very, very nice. Lovely food today.'
Comments from relatives during the visit included:
'The staff here are great. I feel very relaxed and confident about leaving my relative here in their care.'
'The care is marvellous, my relative is better here than when she was at home.'
'I am very happy that my relative is here. She is very well cared for.'
'The staff are very good. My relative has been here for some time now and is very settled here.'
