During a routine inspection
The care plans were clear and person centred, they were written from the perspective of the person who used the service. The care plans demonstrated an awareness of how to promote independence of the people who live at the service.
People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse. The service had a safeguarding and whistle blowing procedures in place.
The staff confirmed that they were give development opportunities by the provider these would be discussed during supervision sessions. They also had the opportunity to raise training issues at any time.
The provider undertakes regular quality assurance surveys (QA) to assure that the people who use the service and their representatives to allow them to express their views and opinions about the service. The QA's asked for the views of the people who use the service and their representatives to ensure the care and support was meeting their needs. Any further feedback would be looked at and acted if it would improve the quality of care and support offered at Robinsfield.
