During a routine inspection
The person we spoke with said that they were asked to give verbal consent to their treatments and the treatments and side effects were explained well. They also said they were very satisfied with their care and treatment and that staff seemed very knowledgeable. Their comments included:
'Everything has been brilliant.'
'Fantastic service, everything explained so well.'
'It's great having so much information to take away to refer to when you need it.'
People who used the service said the consulting rooms were clean and that staff washed their hands and wore gloves when administering treatment. We saw that the clinic was clean, tidy and well maintained.
We saw from the patient satisfaction surveys that people who used the service had said that staff were informative and helpful. Staff were described as 'fabulous', 'courteous' and 'friendly'.
We saw that people who used the service had their comments and complaints listened to and acted on effectively.
