Governance, management and sustainability

A professional told us the registered manager communicates well and is very responsive. At the previous inspection, care plans needed some more information. The registered manager told us an electronic care planning system has been introduced; care plans are more in-depth and person centred. Where any issues had been identified, the registered manager described how they had resolved these. The registered manager told us they had good relationships with other professionals; they shared information and best practice. There had been a number of improvements to the environment and further work was planned.

Regular checks and audits were completed and actions were added to the service improvement plan to ensure there was continuous improvement.
