People using the service told us that they were involved in the care planning and that they were able to contribute and make decisions about their care and support. One person told us when we discussed the care plan, that the person was aware of the care plan and had been involved in review meetings.
We spoke with people about the food provided. One person told us that he liked the food at Pettsgrove and that the home provides alternatives if the person doesn't like one particular dish.
We asked people if they felt safe and well looked after. One person told us that he felt safe and that staff looked after him very well.
We asked people using the service if they were happy with the amount of staff on duty and if they were able to undertake their chosen activities.
People told us that there were a sufficient amount of staff on duty and they were able to go out when they choose to do so.
