During a routine inspection
We spoke with three people living in the home who were enjoying afternoon tea outside. They told us that the care and support they received was "second to none", one told us "I couldn't wish for better", and another "what more could you want".
Three people told us that they felt safe living in the home. All the relatives we spoke with knew the staff by name and were aware of with whom they could speak with should they become unhappy with any aspect of their relative's care.
