During a routine inspection
All of the people that we spoke with were happy with the standard of service that they had received. On person that we spoke with said "I am very impressed with the service it was very efficient ". Another person told us "The consultation was very good I was given a break down of the treatment which included the prices so I felt I was given all the information that I needed to make my decision".
Before people received any care or treatment they were asked for their consent and the provider acted in accordance with their wishes. People were provided with the information that they needed to give informed consent.
People's needs were assessed, planned and delivered to ensure that they received safe and appropriate care and treatment.
Infection prevention and control procedures were in place to reduce the risk of infections.
Staff were supported, supervised and trained to provide safe and effective care.
People's complaints were fully investigated and resolved, where possible, to their satisfaction.
