Updated 12 July 2024
Date of assessment 16 July to 5 August 2024 This inspection was prompted because of the length of time since the previous inspection and notifications received from the provider in respect of the development and deterioration of pressure related wounds. We looked at 3 key questions and 4 quality statements during this assessment. At the last inspection in September 2018 the service was rated Good. At this inspection we found the service continued to be Good. Management oversight systems were in place to monitor the service. These had identified where improvements were required in respect of care plans and risk assessments and the registered manager had a plan to address this. Where accidents and incidents occurred, systems were followed to investigate and reduce the likelihood of repeat events.
