During a routine inspection
The people we spoke to told us that staff were very helpful and always explained what they were doing. People told us that they had been involved in the discharge process and had been given a choice on the homes they will move to.
People told us that they had no concerns about the care they receive. They told us that if they had any concerns or complaints, they would speak to the manager.
The people we spoke to told us that they were very happy with the care being provided. They also told us that staff were friendly, helpful and attentive and that they had no issues or concerns relating to staff.
