Kindness, compassion and dignity

Regulations met

We spoke with 2 patients. They said they were happy with the staff, their care and they would recommend the service to others. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected. People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. The practice participated in local charitable activities including sponsorship of a local football team and ‘Pudsey Pounds’ a local initiative to encourage everyone to Shop Local and support all Pudsey businesses.
