During a routine inspection
'My relative speaks out more now and is encouraged to do so. They are showing more confidence in saying what they want, feel and need with the help of UR'
'Great support, we're able to suggest things and the support has changed all our lives for the better'
Of a survey of 21 people who uses services, carried out by United Response, 19 answered 'always' to the following questions:
' Staff are punctual,
' polite and courteous
' Staff help me to do what I want.
The organisations web site gives further examples of how people have received support that has promoted their involvement and helped them to develop skills.
