During a routine inspection
Records we looked at showed people's views about their care was sought. People or their relatives were consulted about the care provided, and included in discussions when people's needs changed.
We found the records for daily support living were comprehensive and reflected the care people received.
We found staff were knowledgeable about safeguarding people and had received training in protecting vulnerable adults.
The provider had a system in place to assess and monitor the quality of the service people received.
