During a routine inspection
People were unsure whether they had care plans and did not remember being involved in planning their care however, each person said they were happy with the care they received.
Some people said they knew the staff team that supported them and have known them a long time. One person said of his keyworker, 'he treats me with respect.'
People we spoke with said they knew who to go to if they had any concerns or complaints about their safety.
One person told us that staff help them with cooking a meal, and go with them on short break holidays.
