During a routine inspection
We found that people using the service were treated with respect, and that their privacy and dignity were maintained. Their care needs were assessed, and care and support was provided according to their assessments and plans. Staff were attentive to people's safety and welfare, and were aware of the risks of abuse and signs to look out for. Procedures were in place to deal with allegations of abuse if they should occur. We found that the provider had an effective recruitment and induction process and that the necessary checks were made before staff started work. Procedures were in place to monitor the quality of the service and to respond to complaints, comments, accidents and incidents.
