During a routine inspection
Where possible, people told us they felt safe. Where people did not use words to communicate, we noted their relaxed body language and happy facial expressions that clearly indicated they were happy.
People accessed relevant healthcare professionals and specialist support when they needed to.
We saw that risks had been identified, and plans were put in place to reduce the likelihood of injury or harm to people in the service or staff.
Care records were person centred and well written. Staff said that people's support plans were useful for them and assisted them to support people as they wished.
Staff told us they received good training in order for them to support people appropriately and keep their skills and knowledge up to date.
There was a robust system of monitoring quality in place.
