During a routine inspection
The people we spoke to rated the care provided by the home very highly. Without exception, they praised the communication between the home and the relatives of people who lived there. Relatives felt informed and involved in decisions about the care provided to people living in the home. They said staff were aware of, and responsive to, each individual's needs. People living in the home were supported to take part in a number of activities and day trips and to be involved in the community. The people we spoke to told us they had no concerns or worries about the care provided by the home. They also said that if they did have a concern, they could discuss it openly with the home's manager.
