During an inspection in response to concerns
The relatives and family members we spoke to told us that people were treated well by staff. They said staff were aware of, and responsive to, each individual's needs. They were overwhelmingly positive in their views about the quality of care provided by the home and the dedication of staff. We were told that residents were able to make choices about their life and lifestyle and were supported to make decisions, whenever possible. People were also supported to take part in a number of activities and day trips and to be involved in the community. The people we spoke to told us they had no concerns or worries about the care provided by the home.
