During a routine inspection
The support plans were clear and showed that individual needs and goals had been identified and agreed by the person using the service.
Staff had completed safeguarding training and were clear about the aspects of abuse when we spoke with them about it. There were suitable whistle blowing and safeguarding policies and procedures in place.
Staff received relevant training and supervision to ensure they were competent in their role.
People felt their views were listened to and their choices were respected.
