During a routine inspection
Relatives said that the home supports the people to make choices by using pictures and signs to enable them to indicate their preferences as much as they are able.
We were told by family members that they were happy with the care being provided. One family member told us "I can't believe how well my son has progressed at Stawberry Feilds". They also told us that they knew what action they would take if they had any concerns and they said that they felt that the home would respond appropriately.
Staff said that they would always respect people's wishes and told us that they would support people to receive the care and support that they want.
