Comments from people using the service and their visitors included, 'the staff are friendly and mum seems very happy. I would feel quite comfortable raising any concerns with them if I had any they're very supportive' and ' its alright here the staff are great, they don't invade your space, but are around if you need them, I like a bit of privacy and they give me that I'm quite happy'.
