During a routine inspection
One person told us 'I am happy here. It was the best decision to come here'.staff do a brilliant job'. People explained that they always have familiar staff assisting them with personal care.
Each person living within Langdale Court had an emergency buzzer which they could use if they required staff assistance. People told us that there was someone available 24 hours a day and that staff came quickly when they used their buzzers.
The manager showed us a leaflet about safeguarding which she explained was given to everyone who used the service. The leaflet included the contact details of relevant support organisations.
We found that the provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive. People told us that they were able to give feedback on the service through residents meetings and also at their individual review meetings. We saw that people could also complete annual satisfaction surveys.
