During a routine inspection
They told us why the service was right for them. Comments include 'I can't fault them. They are good to me. They don't rush me. They always stay an hour, like they're supposed to'. Another said 'they know what they're doing. They ask what I want when they visit. You never feel they're rushing you'.
The third person told us 'the care is ok. The carers are alright. They're doing a difficult job but they know what they're doing. If I said I was feeling poorly they'd get the doctor to me straight away'.
