The provider also used an external company to provide further analysis of people's satisfaction. Comments in this report included, "I was happy to be able to see and speak to a Doctor on a weekend when my own Doctor was not available," and "Fast efficient and friendly, I liked the way we were treated fairly," and I liked "The multilingual staff and the sympathy they showed my elderly father."
We found the premises were clean, and good infection control measures were in place. 86% of people who commented said the premises were clean and comfortable.
We found staff had been checked before they started work. This ensured they were qualified and experienced for the work they were employed to do.
We found there were extensive audits being undertaken to ensure a high quality service was provided.
