During a routine inspection
Someone else told us 'staff fall over backwards to help you."
We spoke to two relatives of people living at Glenmoor. They both told us that they were happy with the care that their relatives were receiving. One relative told us that staff were very good and spend time with people.
One person who lives at Glenmoor told us that she knew how to raise any concerns she may have, and felt confident that staff would deal with her concerns. Another person told us that there were enough staff, but they sometimes had to wait a while for their call bell to be answered.
