People say they are well cared for and those caring for them listen to what they say. One relative said the care provided is excellent, and the carers are very good..
One relative said they are fully involved in the assessment and care planning process and sign to say they agree with the way their relative is cared for including their healthcare needs.
People say they like living in the home and the people supporting them are caring and helpful. One relative says the workers are great, are very patient and caring. They also said the manager is very good and listens to what they say.
