During a routine inspection
People found that the staff were friendly and helpful when they visited. 'The staff ask me what I would like to do and help me cook a meal with food I want to eat'. We were also told that the service was reliable and well organised.
Staff who work for the service felt that they were given good information about
people's needs before they visited them. They also felt that they had received good training, regular support and that the manager is always contactable for support.
