Robust systems and processes were now in place to identify any shortfalls, and action was taken to ensure people were safe in their environment at Park House. Risks to people had been identified and mitigated. The management of water systems had been overhauled and regular audits and oversight identified and resolved any issues. Policies and processes had been reviewed and implemented to ensure the health and safety of people.
