During a routine inspection
We looked at three care plans. People we spoke with said that the service was 'Excellent' and they could not 'wish for any better [service].' They also considered the staff were 'very willing' and they would 'recommend' the service.
People were involved in planning their care and said that this was carried out according to their wishes.
Information was appropriately shared with other health professionals to ensure people's needs were meet.
The provider had taken appropriate steps to safeguard individuals from abuse and had cooperated with any investigations.
People received assistance from a consistent team of staff who had received suitable training and support to carry out their role.
If any concerns or complaints were made, these were investigated thoroughly and resolved to the person's satisfaction.
