During a routine inspection
We saw that the service provided safe, appropriate care, through carrying out initial assessments and planning care based on collating all the required information and making decisions based on people's choice and risk assessments.
We saw that feedback questionnaires had been sent out to the relatives of people using the service and health care professionals to gain their views and experiences in the way the service was provided, and that new feedback questionnaires were planned and that an advocacy service and a complaints advocacy service were used at the home.
