During a routine inspection
They told us that the agency were in weekly regular contact by phone, visited them monthly, always asked them what they needed and they felt they were getting the service they wanted. They said the service they received was regularly reviewed, updated, delivered on time and they felt safe using it.
They found staff friendly, competent and prepared to adapt their working methods to provide a good quality of service.
