During a routine inspection
People who use the service were asked for their involvement in developing their care plan. All people's risk assessments and care plans were up to date. Care plans were person centred.
People were not cared for in a clean, hygienic environment. Staff had been through a recruitment process and subjected to the appropriate pre-employment checks.
People were protected against the risks associated with medicines because the provider had appropriate arrangements in place to manage medicines. There was a complaints policy in place and people were given information on how to make a complaint.
