During a check to make sure that the improvements required had been made
The provider told us they had not recruited any new staff since our last inspection. We therefore asked for a copy of their revised recruitment and selection procedure. From this we could see appropriate arrangements had been put into place for the recruitment of new staff. The provider confirmed all new starters completed an induction programme which took account of recognised standards in social care settings. This meant effective procedures were in place for the recruitment and training of new staff.
