During a routine inspection
us they didn't discuss them with staff.
Care plans we looked at were not completed fully, with blank and duplicated documents and did not show evidence that the person they were about had contributed.
One person told us that the annual trip to the seaside had not happened. We were told this had been cancelled due to a lack of staff. We saw that staff were very busy, unable at one point to get someone who used the service a cup of tea. We were told there had been shortages of staff for the last two months and staffing rotas we looked at confirmed this.
