During a routine inspection
Everyone we spoke with told us they had regular care workers that were attentive and understood their needs. One person told us 'I know the faces and am getting to know them pretty well; they get the job done and take an interest in how I am and talk to me'.
People we spoke with told us they were fully consulted about their care plans and had been asked for their views about the service they received. They all said their privacy and dignity was respected and they felt safe with their care workers.
One person told us their care workers 'wear a yellow uniform; it's nice. It's bright and cheerful and easy to recognise which is good as my sight is not great'. Another person talking about the agency and their care workers told us 'I have no faults with them they are very friendly and professional and are good and help me out'.
We asked people if they were not happy about their care or treatment what they would do and people told us they would speak to their care workers or contact the office and were confident that the matter would be dealt with to their satisfaction.
