During a routine inspection

We were not able to speak to residents or patients from locations that used staff supplied by Match Options. We therefore spoke with clients, for example, care home managers who we believed could represent their view and opinions of the service provided.

Comments received indicated that there was a high level of confidence in the quality, knowledge and experience of staff supplied by Match Options. Information supplied by the company provided assurance of the staffs' qualifications, level of training and monitoring processes.
