During a routine inspection

The person who uses the agency was not contacted about the service they receive as this was not thought to be appropriate, however, their relative was. The relative told us that they were very happy with the care and support provided by Deeper Care Solutions and that they, and their relative, had been heavily involved in decisions about the care and support they wanted.

Staff were described as 'very friendly and reliable' and that the care package was well organised.

North Yorkshire County Council were not aware of any concerns about this service.
