During a routine inspection
Patients told us that the practice was very clean and tidy. They told us that staff always washed their hands before treating them, they always wore protective equipment such as face masks, eye goggles, gloves and people receiving treatment were always asked to wear protective eye wear and bibs. We found that the practice had effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
We found that staff received appropriate professional development and were able to obtain further qualifications. The practice had an effective system in place to enable them to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that patients received.
