Date of assessment 12-13 March 2024. Practice Plus Group - NHS 111 London is an NHS 111 service based at 6-9 The Square, Stockley Park, Uxbridge, UB11 1FW. The service provides primary 111 services in South-West and North-West London, but also supports other London 111 services (and other Practice Plus Group services) when required. We carried out an announced comprehensive assessment of Practice Plus Group - NHS 111 London, including a site visit on 12 and 13 March 2024. The service has been rated good overall. We found that the provider had clear systems to manage risk so safety incidents were less likely to happen. When incidents did happen, the provider learned from them and improved their processes. The provider routinely reviewed the effectiveness and appropriateness of the care it provided. It ensured that care and treatment was delivered according to evidence- based guidelines. Staff involved and treated patients with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect. The provider had measures in place to support staff. Patients found the service easy to use and reported they were able to access care when they needed it. There was a strong focus on continuous learning and improvement at all levels of the organisation.
