During a routine inspection
People we spoke with were very pleased with the care they received. They felt that care and treatment was planned and met their needs. People said that the dentist always discussed their care with them and provided them with the options for treatment. Comments included: "Very satisfied with the service", "The dentist is fantastic" and "I have recommended the practice to other people".
People told us that the practice was always clean and that they had never had any concerns about hygiene. We saw that the practice had policies and procedures in place to ensure that people were protected from the risk of infections.
People were positive about the staff. They said they were friendly and made them feel at ease. Staff were supported and trained to provide people with an appropriate standard of care.
The practice had systems in place to review and monitor the quality of care that people received. People's views were sought about the quality of their care through surveys completed twice a year. A complaints procedure was in place for people to raise any concerns they may have about their care and treatment.
