During a routine inspection
People told us they were always treated with respect and given the appropriate information related to the treatment they had received. They told us the dental staff always discussed their treatment plan with them and involved them in making decisions about their treatment.
People received their treatment in a clean, hygienic environment. The practice had robust arrangements in place to ensure people were not placed at risk of cross infection.
People spoke highly of the staff. They considered they were competent to safely and effectively carry out their work. Staff told us they were provided with 'very good' opportunities to further develop their skills and knowledge and to meet the requirement of their professional registration.
People were aware of how to complain if they were unhappy with the service they had received. They told us they had no reason to complain with their service but were confident any concerns raised would be listened to and addressed.
