During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people who were patients of Mr Lewis. Both spoke highly of the service they received and said that they had been involved in their treatment and had been given information and explanations prior to treatment commencing. One person told us 'He is really good and always explains what he is doing.'

We looked at the recently returned satisfaction surveys and saw that all of the forty forms that had been returned stated that Mr Lewis did not rush patients and spent time with each person.
