During a routine inspection
Patients confirmed that the dentist always explained what was happening, what they had found during examination and what the treatment options were. They confirmed they had received information to enable them to decide upon treatment options. Patients we spoke with were also knowledgeable about the cost of the treatments.
People we spoke with told us the following,
'The practice is always clean and tidy.'
'Always on time and they ring you the day before to remind you. The reception staff are great as well.'
'I have absolute faith in my dentist, I'm not a frequent visitor and it took a lot of courage to come but he's been marvellous and put me at my ease.'
'We talked through the options and I've been delighted with the results.'
We found that people were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed and they were treated in a clean, hygienic environment.
