During a routine inspection

Patients said that they were happy with the service provided. They thought that they had been given enough information about their treatment options and about the charges they would have to pay. They considered that their treatment had met their dental needs and were satisfied that there were good standards of hygiene in the practice.

All of the four patients with whom we spoke gave us positive feedback about the practice. One of them said, 'I've been very satisfied with the treatment I've had at the practice and have been going there for many years. My treatment has always sorted out any dental problems I've had and I like the fact that the staff are very friendly and polite.'
