During a routine inspection
We looked at outcomes relating to consent to care and treatment, care and welfare, medicine management, staff recruitment and quality assurance. We found the service was compliant with these outcomes.
People we visited in their homes who used the agency told us they were satisfied with the care and support they received. They or their families and advocates or a representative of the agency had discussed the type of help they needed. They said they were happy with the service they received and the staff that supported them were consistent. They said their support workers were good and provided the support they needed as agreed. One person told us about the level of support they received and said, 'They always come when they are meant to'.
People we visited told us they have the usual support workers. One person said, 'The girls come every week. They're always on time, we have a chat and they leave with a smile and so do I".
