During a routine inspection
People told us that they received support to stay healthy and to make medical appointments when they needed them. They said that they enjoyed the in-house activities provided by the home and that there were regular opportunities to go out.
People said that they are asked for their opinions about the care they receive and the way the home is run. They said that if they had ever been unhappy about something, the home had addressed their concerns.
Relatives told us that they were happy with the care their family members receive at the home. They said that people get consistent support from staff who know their needs well. Relatives told us that they are consulted about their family member's care and encouraged to be involved in important decisions that affect them.
