During a routine inspection
People who used the service were generally pleased with the quality of the care they received. They felt very well supported by the groups that they attended. They were well provided with information, 'by my key worker and there are leaflets... (at reception)'. Key workers treated them with dignity. People said that their confidentiality was respected.
People were involved in their care planning. Some people felt that some key workers, 'were not as hungry to learn ... (about the person) ... as others'. Others said their care had been, 'very good, but key workers move on and we have to relearn everything together'.
People felt safe at the service.
