During a routine inspection
We looked at records and spoke with staff working at the service. We saw that people using the service had signed consent forms and records were clearly presented. Staff explained how the service worked and their respective roles within the service, one staff member spoke about the importance of respecting boundaries and confidentiality. Staff we spoke with had received a variety of training, and volunteers had also benefitted from further training. The centre believed in valuing the whole workforce, staff and volunteers alike. While there were no complaints about the service, staff and people using the service were aware of how to process compliments and complaints within the service.
